The game keeps progress, settings and unlocked cosmetics on your device. We do not receive that local save data unless you choose to export and send it to us for support.
If you use online leaderboards, Cloudflare processes an anonymous player identifier, display name, run information and replay data to operate and protect that feature. We use this because it is necessary to provide the online feature and prevent abuse.
If you choose to join the newsletter, we collect your email address, signup source, consent-text version and confirmation activity. Brevo stores this information and manages double opt-in, campaign delivery and unsubscribes. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using an email unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Newsletter signup is for people aged 13 or over. We do not knowingly use children’s data for marketing without the consent required by law. The game’s privacy settings are designed to be high by default: we do not use profiling, precise location or advertising cookies in the game.
We use Cloudflare to host and secure the game and its online services. Cloudflare does not permanently store newsletter email addresses in our game database. We use Brevo to hold and manage newsletter contacts. We may also use Google Analytics only where you have actively accepted analytics cookies; analytics is disabled unless consent is given.
These providers may process data outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer applies, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards, such as contractual transfer terms. You can ask us for more information at the address above.
Newsletter contacts remain in Brevo while you are subscribed. We review inactive contacts and remove them when they are no longer needed. We retain unsubscribe/suppression information only as long as needed to honour your choice and avoid sending further marketing. Short-lived, non-reversible rate-limit keys may be held in Cloudflare for up to 26 hours. Leaderboard data is kept while the online feature operates or until it is removed under our retention process.
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to applicable processing. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
The game uses local browser storage for essential functions such as saved progress and privacy choices. Optional analytics loads only after you choose Accept in Cookie Settings. You can change that choice from the game’s Options menu.
We may update this notice when the game or our processing changes. We will update the date at the top when we do.
